This car is getting alot of our newly designed products and techniques. I think when this car is complete it will be one of the best conversion we have put out to date. |
6-26-03 | The Pod unit is being molded to the dash. |
6-30-03 The interior is put together |
8-29-03 The customer called a few weeks from completion to ask about a new engine. We of course recommended the 'ZZ4' from GM. For a dealership crate engine, nothing beats the ZZ4. |
The engine was installed without incident, and the custom 1-2 season 2TV dash with 3-4 season 1TV electronics was wired and fired. |

.9-11-03 The car is now complete. 100% new 4th gen rectangular exhaust, 100% new ZZ4 engine. Complete 3rd generation smog assembly (as per the customers request). This 1-2 season dash and 4th season elecs combo is likely to be my favorite look. We are heading to a few shows tomorrow, and shooting footage over the weekend. Look for more pics in a few days. |
.9-17-03 Finally the pics I promised. we got lots of good video footage. Cant wait to get the General Lee done to film the race.... |
.this car made it to a few shows for us, and got a great reception. Everyone loved it, only kept asking why he wasnt talking... (!?!) |
